Question 1

How is the sizing and fit? I've seen mixed reviews.

Accepted Answer

The fit is generally true-to-size for most, but we recommend checking our detailed size chart. The socks are designed as unisex. Some users, particularly those with narrower feet, find them roomy, while others with wider feet find the fit snug. If you're between sizes or prefer a looser fit for maximum comfort, sizing up is a safe bet.

Question 2

Are these socks durable for daily use? I've read some complaints about them ripping.

Accepted Answer

Based on extensive feedback, durability experiences vary. Many customers use them regularly for months without issue, praising their longevity. However, a minority report seams or fabric wearing out sooner than expected, often linked to high-intensity activities or specific washing methods (we recommend gentle cycles and air drying). For daily, rigorous training, some users prefer investing in premium brands, but for moderate use, these offer excellent value.

Question 3

What surfaces are the non-slip grips effective on?

Accepted Answer

The silicone grip dots provide excellent traction on standard yoga mats, hardwood floors, and studio surfaces, which is why they're loved for Pilates and yoga. A few users note reduced effectiveness on extremely smooth, polished concrete or tile. The grip is designed for controlled movement rather than aggressive lateral sports like tennis.

Question 4

What's your return policy if they don't work for me?

Accepted Answer

We stand by our products with a customer-friendly return policy. If you're unsatisfied with the fit, grip, or quality, you can initiate a return within the specified window (typically 30 days) for a refund or exchange. Please keep the original packaging. Many TikTok and Reddit users have confirmed the process is straightforward when contacting customer support directly.

Question 5

Who are these socks best suited for?

Accepted Answer

They are a fantastic, budget-friendly choice for yoga, Pilates, barre, at-home workouts, or as comfortable grip socks for travel. They're ideal for casual to regular exercisers who value cushioning and traction. If you're a professional athlete training multiple times daily or need socks for high-impact football, you might want to explore specialized, heavy-duty athletic socks.
