Question 1

I'm between sizes on the chart. How should I choose, and is the fit truly unisex?

Accepted Answer

We recommend sizing up if you're unsure. Many users on social media have noted the fit can feel snug, especially across the chest and shoulders. The brace is designed with adjustable straps to accommodate a wide range of body types for both men and women. If you're closer to the upper limit of a size, choosing the next size up typically provides a more comfortable and effective fit.

Question 2

Is this comfortable enough to wear all day at my desk job, and is it discreet under clothing?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the breathable mesh material makes it suitable for extended wear, and a common praise in reviews is its effectiveness for desk workers. For discretion, it works best under looser-fitting shirts or layers. Some users on platforms like TikTok mention it can be visible under very thin or tight-fitting tops, so wardrobe choice is a factor for complete invisibility.

Question 3

How durable is the ComfyBrace? I've seen comments about Velcro or straps wearing out.

Accepted Answer

The ComfyBrace is built for daily training use. The Velcro and elastic straps are high-quality, but like any wearable with adjustable components, they can experience wear over several months of intense, daily use. To maximize longevity, avoid over-tightening and follow the care instructions. We stand by the build quality, which is reflected in our strong 4.0-star average from over 46,000 users.

Question 4

I have shoulder and neck pain from slouching. Will this help, and how quickly?

Accepted Answer

The primary design purpose of the ComfyBrace is to gently pull your shoulders back and align your spine, providing support that can alleviate pain caused by poor posture. Many users report feeling immediate relief in their upper back and neck when worn. For lasting postural improvement, consistent use as a training tool is key to "teaching" your muscles new habits.

Question 5

What if it doesn't fit or work for me? What's your return policy?

Accepted Answer

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. We offer a straightforward return policy if the brace doesn't meet your expectations. Please check your order confirmation email or our website's "Returns" section for the specific time frame and process. This allows you to try the adjustability and comfort risk-free, a point many first-time buyers appreciate.
