Question 1

How does the sizing work? Will a 10L actually fit a change of clothes and a towel?

Accepted Answer

Many TikTok users were surprised by the true capacity. The 5L is best for just a phone and keys, the 10L comfortably holds a change of clothes plus a lightweight towel, and the 20L can fit a small laptop (up to 13 inches) and extra layers. For a weekend camping trip, we’d recommend the 20L. When in doubt, size up—especially if you're packing bulky items.

Question 2

Is the phone pouch truly waterproof, or just splash-proof?

Accepted Answer

The phone pouch is tested with an IPX8 rating for temporary submersion up to 1 meter. However, as some Reddit users noted, repeated use in saltwater or high-pressure sprays (like rafting rapids) can reduce its seal over time. We recommend keeping your phone inside the main dry bag for heavy water exposure, and using the pouch for quick shots in calm water.

Question 3

“3 in 1” sounds a bit confusing. What exactly do I get in the box?

Accepted Answer

You receive one single bag that can be worn in three different ways: as a shoulder bag, a backpack, or a waist pack using the adjustable straps. It’s not three separate bags. This design is ideal for day trips where you want to switch carry styles—toss it as a backpack for hiking, then convert to a shoulder bag at the beach.

Question 4

How durable are the straps and buckles? Will they break on a long trip?

Accepted Answer

Most users find the straps fine for moderate use like day hikes and casual paddling. A small number of YouTube reviewers reported buckle breakage during heavy load or rough rafting. We suggest not overstuffing the bag beyond its capacity, and avoid using it as a climbing or whitewater primary bag. For everyday adventures, it holds up well.

Question 5

What if I'm not satisfied? Can I return it easily?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we offer a 30-day return window for unused or defective items. Please note that customers outside the US/UK may need to cover return shipping. To avoid sizing regrets, check the measurement guide on the product page first. Many buyers find the value hard to beat for the price—just manage your expectations around extreme waterproofing, and you'll be very happy.
