Question 1

How many "accessories" actually come in the box, and are they all useful?

Accepted Answer

The box includes the push-up board, an ab roller wheel, a door anchor, five resistance bands (varying tension), and about 12 small plastic clips and carabiners. That’s how they count “20 items.” While the clips are functional, most users find the bands, board, and ab wheel to be the core tools. The rest are connectors—handy, but not separate workout gear.

Question 2

I'm a heavier user (around 220 lbs). Will this hold up for daily push-ups and band exercises?

Accepted Answer

Many TikTok reviewers and Reddit threads note that the plastic board can handle users up to roughly 200–210 lbs for standard push-ups, but the handles may feel wobbly under heavy press. The resistance bands are more likely to snap under high tension or repetitive stretching. If you’re over 200 lbs and plan intense band work, you might want to buy a separate set of heavy-duty bands—this kit works best for moderate use.

Question 3

The resistance bands broke after a few weeks. Can I return or replace them?

Accepted Answer

This is a common frustration in online reviews. The return policy typically covers defects for 30 days, but broken bands after that window may not qualify. Some users have had success contacting the seller directly for a free replacement set, but it’s not guaranteed. We recommend testing the bands gently at first—avoid overstretching them beyond double their length—and contacting customer service immediately if you spot tearing.

Question 4

Is this really portable enough for travel?

Accepted Answer

It’s portable in the sense that it’s lighter than a weight bench, but the board is about 30 inches long and doesn’t collapse flat. Several YouTube reviewers showed it fitting in a large duffel bag or car trunk, but not in a standard backpack or carry-on suitcase. If “throw in a gym bag” is your expectation, this isn’t it. For home storage under a couch or in a closet, it works fine.

Question 5

I'm a beginner with no gym experience. Is this a good starter kit?

Accepted Answer

Yes, especially for the price. The push-up board guides your form with labeled hand positions, and the resistance bands offer light to moderate tension for full-body moves. Just note the manual is sparse—watch a few YouTube tutorials on ab roller or band exercises before you start. Many beginners praise it for jumpstarting their home routine, but don’t expect it to replace a gym membership for heavy lifting.
