Question 1

Does the broom handle come in one piece or does it need to be assembled?

Accepted Answer

The handle comes in three screw-together pieces, and reviewers report that once assembled it is solid and sturdy with no wobbling or shifting. One reviewer noted the handle can be broken down to reach smaller spots.

Question 2

Are the bristles stiff enough to pick up heavy debris and pet hair?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the bristles are firm and extra-thick, designed to handle tough debris like dirt, dust, hair, and larger particles in a single pass. Reviewers confirm the thick, split bristles pick up fine cat hair and fine dirt effectively.

Question 3

Why do the bristles look split or frayed?

Accepted Answer

The bristles are intentionally designed with flagged, split tips to help capture fine dust and smaller particles more effectively, and this is not a sign of wear.

Question 4

Do I have to bend down to use the dust pan?

Accepted Answer

No, the step-on dust pan uses a foot-activated lip that seals against the floor, reducing dirt lines and eliminating the need to bend. A reviewer noted the dust pan's rubber lip stays flat against the floor and catches everything.

Question 5

Is this broom safe to use on hardwood floors?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it is safe for sealed hardwood and other hard floor surfaces like tile, laminate, and vinyl, while also being tough enough for outdoor areas such as garages, patios, and sidewalks.
