Question 1

How long does it take to feel the effects, and what should I realistically expect?

Accepted Answer

Most users report noticing subtle improvements in focus and mental clarity within 2-4 weeks of consistent use. It's not an instant "magic pill." Think of it as cumulative support for your brain's health—many long-term users on platforms like Reddit describe it as gently reducing brain fog and improving recall over time. For the best results, take it daily as part of your routine.

Question 2

I've read about stomach upset with some mushroom supplements. Does this cause any digestive issues?

Accepted Answer

A small percentage of users with sensitive stomachs have reported mild bloating or discomfort, especially when taking capsules on an empty stomach. To avoid this, we recommend taking Lion's Mane with a meal. This simple step has resolved the issue for most. If you have a known sensitivity to mushrooms or dietary supplements, please consult your healthcare provider first.

Question 3

How does Rooted Active's Lion's Mane compare to other popular brands in terms of value and potency?

Accepted Answer

Our supplement uses a high-quality, dual-extract (both water and alcohol) of the Lion's Mane fruiting body, which is considered the gold standard for accessing cognitive-supporting compounds. While some cheaper options use mycelium-grown-on-grain (which dilutes potency), we prioritize a potent, pure mushroom extract. When you break down the cost per serving of a quality extract, we offer competitive value for a premium ingredient.

Question 4

Is this suitable for someone with ADHD, or can I take it with my morning coffee or other medications?

Accepted Answer

Many of our users with ADHD report positive experiences, appreciating the focus support without jitters. Lion's Mane is generally well-tolerated alongside common supplements. However, if you are taking prescription medications, especially for neurological or psychiatric conditions, we strongly advise you to consult your doctor before adding any new supplement to your regimen to ensure there are no interactions.

Question 5

What is your return policy if the product doesn't work for me?

Accepted Answer

We stand by our product and offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact our friendly customer support team within 30 days of receipt. We'll help you with a return or refund. We do recommend giving it at least 3-4 weeks of consistent use to allow your body to respond, as natural supplements work cumulatively.
