Question 1

I’ve tried other L-Theanine supplements and felt drowsy or nothing at all. How is this one different?

Accepted Answer

The key difference is our use of patented Suntheanine®, a clinically studied form of L-Theanine known for its purity and consistent ability to promote relaxation *without* drowsiness. Many users on forums like Reddit specifically switched from generic brands to this one and reported finally achieving the "calm focus" they were looking for. The coconut oil softgel also enhances absorption.

Question 2

How long does it take to start working, and how should I use it for the best results?

Accepted Answer

While some feel effects within 30-60 minutes, most users report that consistent daily use for 3-7 days yields the most noticeable and stable benefits. For focus, take one softgel in the morning, often with your coffee. For relaxation or sleep support, take one in the evening. We recommend taking it with a meal for optimal tolerance.

Question 3

Is it safe to take this with my morning coffee or ADHD medication?

Accepted Answer

This supplement is famously paired with caffeine by our community. It takes the "edge" off jitters and smooths the energy crash, making it a popular stack. However, we are not medical professionals. You must consult your doctor before combining any supplement with prescription medication like ADHD stimulants to ensure there are no contraindications.

Question 4

I’m concerned about the price. Is it worth it compared to more affordable options?

Accepted Answer

This is a premium, double-strength (200mg) formula using a patented, high-quality ingredient. The consensus from detailed reviews is that the consistent, non-drowsy effect justifies the cost for most. If you're new to L-Theanine, starting with a quality-tested product like this can be more reliable than experimenting with cheaper, less transparent brands, which some users regret buying first.

Question 5

What if it doesn’t work for me? What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

Your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind our product with a customer-friendly return policy. If you are not fully satisfied with your experience, please contact the retailer you purchased from (e.g., Amazon, our website) for specific instructions on returns and refunds. We recommend giving it a fair trial of at least one to two weeks.
