Question 1

How is the product packaged, and is it easy to get ready to use?

Accepted Answer

The 10lbs of shreds arrive vacuum-sealed into a very dense, solid block to save on shipping space. This is completely normal! Many TikTok users have shared that fluffing it by hand is the most effective method—just peel layers apart over a large box or table. It takes a few minutes, but you'll be amazed at the huge, voluminous result.

Question 2

Is the "Black Red" mix an even 50/50 split, and do the colors bleed?

Accepted Answer

The mix is vibrant and true to the photos, though most users report it's roughly 70-80% red and 20-30% black, creating a fantastic "black-red" effect perfect for Stranger Things or Halloween. The colors are colorfast and won't bleed or transfer onto your gifts or hands.

Question 3

This is a lot of filler! What's the best way to store it after opening?

Accepted Answer

Great question! Because it's so lightweight and voluminous once fluffed, we recommend having a large plastic storage bin with a lid ready. Gently compress the shreds back into the bin for easy reuse. A common tip from reviewers is to store it in the bag it came in, inside a larger box, to contain any static.

Question 4

Is this paper shred suitable for filling a piñata or just for gift baskets?

Accepted Answer

It's excellent for both! The crinkle cut paper is durable and creates a great visual effect spilling from a piñata. However, due to its light weight, you may need to combine it with candy or small toys to help it fall effectively. It's also a top choice for decorating tables, gift boxes, and party backdrops.

Question 5

How does the value compare to buying smaller bags at a craft store?

Accepted Answer

The value is outstanding, which is the #1 compliment in reviews. This 10lb bag provides exponentially more material than multiple small craft store bags, which often cost 5-10 times more per pound. If you have a large project or multiple events, this bulk buy is the most economical and quality choice by far.
