Question 1

Will this USB-C to 3.5mm adapter work with my device and case?

Accepted Answer

It’s designed for modern USB-C devices (including Galaxy S23/S24 and iPhone 15–17/iPad Pro). The right-angle plug helps with cable routing, and it fits most standard cases, but very thick or rugged cases can sometimes cause a tight fit or require removing the case.

Question 2

Does it support the headset microphone or only stereo audio?

Accepted Answer

This adapter focuses on stereo audio output. Microphone support can vary by headset and device, so if you rely on mic input during calls, check your specific device compatibility or test the headset after purchase.

Question 3

How good is the sound, and is this a high-end DAC?

Accepted Answer

Users report solid, dependable sound for everyday listening and videos. It provides a noticeable improvement over basic dongles, but it’s not a premium audiophile DAC—the experience is best described as value-driven for daily use.

Question 4

Is it durable, and how should I care for it?

Accepted Answer

The build is solid for a budget dongle, but like any small connector, avoid yanking the cable and twisting the plug. With normal use, it should hold up well, though a few buyers noted occasional looseness after extensive use.

Question 5

What about shipping, returns, and warranty?

Accepted Answer

Check the listing for specifics, but typical terms include a 30-day return window and a standard seller warranty. If you encounter a fault, contact the seller for guidance on replacement or refund; shipping responsibilities may vary by region. If you need mic support or higher-end audio, consider alternatives with explicit mic and warranty details.
