Question 1

How strong are the magnets, and will it hold my iPhone with a case on?

Accepted Answer

The magnets provide a secure hold for daily use, but it's important to note they are not as strong as Apple's official MagSafe. It works perfectly with most slim to medium-thickness cases. However, if you have a very thick or heavily textured case, the connection might be less secure. For optimal performance, we recommend using it on a stable surface like a bedside table.

Question 2

Does this charger support true 15W fast charging for my iPhone, and what do I need to achieve it?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it supports up to 15W fast charging for compatible iPhone models (12 and newer). To achieve this maximum speed, you must use a compatible USB-C Power Delivery (PD) wall adapter that outputs at least 20W, which is not included with the charger. Using an older or lower-wattage adapter will result in slower charging speeds.

Question 3

I have an Apple Watch with a bulky band. Will it still charge properly on the stand?

Accepted Answer

This is a common question. The watch charger puck is designed for a snug fit. While most standard sport bands work fine, some larger, rugged, or loop-style bands may prevent the watch from sitting flush on the charger. Many users with such bands simply loosen or quickly remove them for overnight charging. If your band is particularly bulky, you may want to test the fit upon arrival.

Question 4

Is this charging station truly convenient for travel?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! This is one of its most praised features. The station folds into a compact, flat profile, and you only need to pack one power cable and adapter. It's designed specifically to save space and reduce clutter in your luggage, making it a favorite for frequent travelers and those who want a tidy desk or bedside table at home.
