Question 1

Is the container truly leakproof, especially with dressing in the main compartment?

Accepted Answer

The main container with its locking lid and silicone seal provides excellent leak resistance for dressings tossed with salad. However, based on user feedback, the *small removable dressing pots* have less secure lids. For maximum security with liquid-heavy dressings, many TikTok users recommend placing the small pot in the main compartment *after* you've sealed the large lid, or using a separate small, screw-top container.

Question 2

Can all parts go in the dishwasher and microwave safely?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all components are BPA-free and marketed as microwave and dishwasher safe. Social listening reveals a common tip: to prevent potential warping over time, place the large lids and removable tray on the top rack of the dishwasher and use a gentle cycle. Many long-term users hand-wash the lids to ensure the seal and fit remain perfect.

Question 3

The title says 47oz, but is that for one big bowl or the divided sections?

Accepted Answer

This is a key point of clarification! The 47oz (approx. 1.4 liters) is the total combined capacity of all compartments. It's designed as a bento-style box, not one single cavity. This makes it ideal for keeping ingredients separate but might not suit someone looking for a single, massive salad bowl. Check the product dimensions to ensure it fits your lunch bag.

Question 4

Who is this product best suited for?

Accepted Answer

It's a hit with meal-preppers who love portion control, office workers taking lunch, and parents packing kids' meals. The removable divider is perfect for keeping crackers away from hummus or grapes away from a sandwich. If you need a simple, giant bowl for a single item or plan to carry very runny soups regularly, a different style of container might be a better fit.

Question 5

What if a part arrives damaged or breaks?

Accepted Answer

The product is backed by the seller's standard warranty against manufacturing defects. If you receive a damaged item or a component (like a lid) fails under normal use, reach out to the seller directly through your purchase platform. Most reviewers describe the customer service as responsive in resolving these issues, often offering a replacement or refund.
