Question 1

How difficult is assembly, and can it be done alone?

Accepted Answer

Assembly is the most commonly mentioned challenge. The set arrives in many pieces, and most users report it takes two people 4-6 hours to complete. While possible for one very handy and patient person, we strongly recommend a helper. Reviewers suggest clearing a large space and watching a video tutorial for clarity, as the paper instructions can be tricky.

Question 2

What are the true dimensions, and how many people can it seat?

Accepted Answer

Once fully assembled, this is a substantial sectional. It comfortably seats 7-8 adults for conversation, but its deep, lounge-style design means 4-5 people can stretch out fully. Please double-check the product's detailed dimensions against your patio space—many TikTok users have emphasized that it looks bigger in person! It's best for large decks or covered patios.

Question 3

Are the cushions weatherproof, and how do I maintain them?

Accepted Answer

The black cushions are made from a weather-resistant fabric, but they are not fully waterproof or immune to sun damage. Consistent with social media feedback, we recommend using waterproof storage bags or a patio cover for long-term durability, especially in harsh sun or heavy rain. Some owners note the cushions can flatten over time, so fluffing them regularly and rotating them will help maintain their plush feel.

Question 4

How practical is the hidden storage, and what fits inside?

Accepted Answer

The hidden storage in the table is a beloved feature for stashing outdoor pillows, board games, or small pool toys. However, be aware that the lid can be snug to remove once the sectional is assembled around it. Think of it as great for items you use occasionally rather than daily. As one Reddit user put it, "It's perfect for off-season cushion storage, but you won't be grabbing a drink from it quickly."

Question 5

What is your return policy for such a large item?

Accepted Answer

We stand by our products, but we understand the concern. We offer a standard return window for unused items. Due to the size and weight, return shipping for assembled furniture is typically the customer's responsibility and can be costly. We highly encourage reviewing measurements, photos, and customer videos (many are on YouTube) before purchasing to ensure it's the perfect fit for your space and needs.
