Question 1

How is the sizing? Should I order my child's usual size?

Accepted Answer

Based on numerous customer reviews, many parents find these loafers run slightly large. We generally recommend ordering your child's current measured size for a comfortable fit with a little room to grow. If you're between sizes or prefer a snugger fit, consider sizing down. Checking our detailed size chart (link) against your child's foot measurement is the best way to ensure a perfect fit.

Question 2

Are these shoes suitable for all-day wear at school or the playground?

Accepted Answer

These are designed as lightweight, casual walking shoes. While many kids find them incredibly comfortable, parents on social media often note they are best for lighter activities, errands, or as a secondary pair. For very active daily use like rigorous playground play or sports, a shoe with more structured support and durability might be a better choice.

Question 3

My toddler is learning to dress themselves. Are these truly easy to slip on?

Accepted Answer

The slip-on design is best for older toddlers and kids who can manage a flexible shoe. Some parents of younger toddlers (around 2-3 years old) have mentioned the soft heel can collapse, making it tricky for little ones to put on independently. For older children, they are typically very easy to manage.

Question 4

What is the material like, and do they have any odor when new?

Accepted Answer

The shoes are made from a lightweight, breathable synthetic material designed for flexibility. As with many new footwear products, some pairs may have a slight manufacturing odor when first unboxed. This is normal and not a defect; simply airing them out in a well-ventilated area for a day or two resolves this completely.

Question 5

What is your return policy if the shoes don't fit or aren't right for my child?

Accepted Answer

We offer a straightforward return process. If the shoes aren't the right fit or don't meet your expectations, you can initiate a return within our specified window (typically 30 days) for a refund or exchange. Please ensure the shoes are in unworn, original condition with all packaging. Visit our Returns & Refunds page for full details and to start the process.
