Question 1

How does the sizing run? Should I order my usual size?

Accepted Answer

Based on customer feedback, we recommend checking our detailed size chart before ordering. Many happy customers find the fit true-to-size, but if you're between sizes or prefer a less snug fit, some suggest sizing up for added comfort, especially in the waistband.

Question 2

Will the rhinestone letters stay on through washing and wear?

Accepted Answer

Yes! The letters are hand-sewn for extra security, and reviews consistently mention their durability. To ensure longevity, we recommend washing in a delicates bag on a gentle cycle or hand-washing. Avoid harsh detergents and direct heat when drying.

Question 3

How long will my personalized order take to arrive?

Accepted Answer

As each item is made-to-order, please allow 3-5 business days for production before shipping. Total delivery time typically ranges from 10-18 business days. This is a common point mentioned by gift-buyers, so we advise ordering well in advance of any special occasion.

Question 4

What is your return policy for a custom item like this?

Accepted Answer

Due to the personalized nature of the product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is an error on our part. We take great care in our quality checks, but please double-check your spelling and size selection at checkout. For any issues, our friendly support team is here to help.

Question 5

Is this a good gift, and what kind of personalization can I get?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! This is one of the most praised aspects on social media—it's a hugely popular gift for bridal parties, bachelorettes, and birthdays. You can customize with any first name or short word (like "Bride" or "MVP"). The classic style features shiny gold rhinestones on a black background for a luxurious, fun look.
