Question 1

How is the call quality and microphone performance on these headphones?

Accepted Answer

While many users are very happy with the sound quality for music and podcasts, feedback on call quality is mixed. The microphone works sufficiently for quick calls, but some users on platforms like Reddit have noted it can sound slightly muffled or quiet to the person on the other end. For important conference calls or frequent talking, a dedicated headset with a boom microphone might be more reliable.

Question 2

I'm worried about durability, especially the plastic tubes. How long do these typically last?

Accepted Answer

This is a common concern. The sound quality and comfort receive consistent praise, but the long-term durability of the air tubes can vary. With careful handling—avoiding sharp bends or tugs on the tubes—many users enjoy them for months. However, as noted in some reviews, the tubes are a potential weak point with regular, rugged use. We recommend using the included carrying case for storage to maximize their lifespan.

Question 3

Do they fit securely, especially for smaller ears or during activity?

Accepted Answer

Fit is personal, but these headphones are designed for all-day comfort. They come with three sizes of silicone ear tips to help you find a good seal. For most people, this provides a comfortable, secure fit for activities like walking or working at a desk. However, if you have uniquely shaped ears or plan for high-intensity exercise, some users on social media suggest that the fit may not be as secure as sport-specific earbuds with wing tips.

Question 4

Is the EMF/radiation protection feature scientifically proven, or is it just marketing?

Accepted Answer

This is a key pre-purchase question. The design uses air tubes to deliver sound, which physically distances the electronic components (and their minimal electromagnetic fields) from your ear compared to standard wired earbuds. While we cannot make medical claims, the product is built on the principle of reducing proximity to EMF sources. Many health-conscious buyers on platforms like TikTok share that they purchase them for this "peace of mind" and appreciate the alternative design.

Question 5

What is your return policy if I'm not satisfied with the fit or sound?

Accepted Answer

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We offer a standard return window where you can return the product in its original condition with all accessories for a refund. If you encounter any issues with fit or functionality, please contact our customer service team first—we're often able to help troubleshoot or assist with a replacement if there's a manufacturing defect.
