Question 1

Is this a brand new card, or could it be a used or refurbished mining GPU?

Accepted Answer

AISURIX markets this as a new graphics card. However, based on community feedback from platforms like Reddit, some users have reported receiving units with signs of prior use, such as worn thermal paste. It is a known practice in the market for these budget-oriented cards to utilize refurbished GPUs. We recommend managing expectations accordingly.

Question 2

I've heard about driver issues and crashes. Is this card stable for gaming?

Accepted Answer

Stability experiences vary. Many users enjoy trouble-free 1080p gaming, especially in popular esports titles. However, a common pain point mentioned in reviews is the need to manually find and install older, specific AMD driver versions for optimal stability on Windows 10/11. If you're comfortable with minor driver troubleshooting, it can be a great value. If you prefer a completely plug-and-play experience, you may want to consider a newer generation card.

Question 3

How does the "2048SP" version compare to a standard RX 580? Is the performance the same?

Accepted Answer

No, the performance is not identical. The "2048SP" refers to the number of stream processors, which is fewer than a standard RX 580 (2304SP). This means you can expect performance roughly 10-15% lower than a full-spec RX 580 in benchmarks and demanding games. Think of it as an "RX 570" level of performance with 8GB of VRAM, which is still excellent for budget 1080p gaming.

Question 4

Is my power supply sufficient, and who is this graphics card best suited for?

Accepted Answer

AISURIX recommends a 500W power supply. This card is ideally suited for budget-conscious builders and students creating their first gaming PC or upgrading from very old or integrated graphics. It delivers outstanding value for playing games at 1080p medium-to-high settings. It is not aimed at enthusiasts seeking maximum settings or ultra-reliable, long-term performance.

Question 5

What if the card arrives dead or fails soon after? What is the warranty and return process?

Accepted Answer

This card comes with a seller-supported warranty (typically 1-2 years). If you encounter issues upon arrival or within the return window, we advise initiating a return/replacement immediately through your point of purchase. For warranty claims later on, you will need to contact AISURIX support directly. Be prepared for a potentially longer process compared to major brands, as noted in user feedback concerning third-party manufacturer support.
