Question 1

Should I size up in these period underwear?

Accepted Answer

Based on a high volume of customer feedback, we generally recommend sizing up, especially if you are between sizes or prefer a less compressive fit. Many users on TikTok and Reddit have shared that going up one size provided the perfect balance of security and comfort. Please consult our detailed size chart for the best guidance.

Question 2

How breathable and comfortable are they for all-day wear?

Accepted Answer

They are widely praised for exceptional softness and comfort, feeling "like normal underwear." The cotton blend is comfortable for most. However, a small number of users with very sensitive skin have noted the leak-proof layer can feel less breathable during long, hot days. For optimal comfort, we suggest changing them as you would a regular pad or tampon.

Question 3

Can I rely on them alone on my heaviest days or overnight?

Accepted Answer

For most users with moderate flow, yes—they offer reliable, leak-proof protection that works great overnight. However, some reviews from those with a very heavy flow suggest using them with a backup (like a tampon) on your heaviest day 1-2 for complete peace of mind. They are excellent for light to moderate days and as overnight protection.

Question 4

How do I care for them, and how long will they last?

Accepted Answer

For longevity, rinse in cold water after use, then machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and hang to dry. Avoid fabric softeners and bleach. With proper care, customers report them lasting well over a year with regular use. Some note that absorbency may very gradually decrease after 8-12 months of intense use, which is typical for the category.

Question 5

How do these compare to more expensive brands like Thinx or Knix?

Accepted Answer

These are celebrated as a fantastic, value-packed introduction to period underwear. Compared to premium brands, you trade some features like ultra-thin feel or specific fabric technology for a much lower price point. If consistent, precise sizing is your top priority, you might explore those brands. But for effective leak protection and great comfort at an accessible price, these are a top-rated choice.
