Question 1

Does this electric can opener work on larger cans, or only small ones?

Accepted Answer

Reviewers report mixed results by can size: one reviewer said it works okay for smaller cans like soup cans but that larger cans are a struggle, while another said it cuts any can they put up to it. The listing describes it as opening standard-sized cans.

Question 2

Is it easy to use for someone with hand or wrist problems?

Accepted Answer

Multiple reviewers say it helped with wrist issues and arthritis, with one noting you only have to hold the can for a second before it does the work. One reviewer did say it took a few tries to get the hang of positioning the blade just right.

Question 3

Does it hold the lid after the can is cut open?

Accepted Answer

The listing states it has a magnetic lid holder that immobilizes and lifts the lid off cleanly. One reviewer, however, said it lacks a holding function for after the can is cut, which their previous opener had.

Question 4

Is it stable on the countertop during use?

Accepted Answer

The listing says the wide, non-slip base keeps it immobile during use, and one reviewer described it as sturdy and sitting on the counter with sturdiness that allows easy opening.

Question 5

Is it worth the price?

Accepted Answer

Several reviewers called it a great price and worth the money, though one reviewer who had latching problems said they bought it because it was the least expensive and regretted it.
