Question 1

I have small ear canals. Will these earbuds fit me securely, especially during active games?

Accepted Answer

Yes, they should! The headphones come with three pairs of custom silicone earplugs (S, M, L). Many users with smaller ears find the small tips provide a secure fit. For the most active sessions, using the included strap holder to clip the cable to your Quest 3's strap is key—it takes pressure off your ears and prevents the earbuds from being pulled out, which is a trick frequently shared by Beat Saber players on Reddit.

Question 2

How is the bass? I've seen them called "Low Bass" earphones but some reviews say it's not that strong.

Accepted Answer

The bass is enhanced and clear, providing a solid foundation for VR's immersive soundscapes. However, if you're expecting the deep, room-shaking bass of dedicated music or premium gaming earbuds, you might find it more balanced. As noted in several YouTube comparisons, the strength is in spatial audio and clarity for gaming, not overwhelming bass response. For most VR applications, it's a significant and satisfying upgrade.

Question 3

I use a third-party charging dock for my Quest 3. Are these headphones compatible?

Accepted Answer

This is a common pre-purchase question. Due to their low-profile, in-ear design, they are compatible with *most* charging docks that cradle the headset from the bottom or sides, unlike bulkier over-ear options. However, we always recommend checking the specific clearance of your dock. The cable connector is standard and sits flush against the headset.

Question 4

What's the build quality like, and how do I manage the cable?

Accepted Answer

The earbuds themselves have a solid feel, but attention often goes to the cable management system. They include a short cable and a plastic clip that attaches to your Quest 3's strap. While this design keeps things tidy and secure, some users find the clip a bit finicky initially. A pro-tip from TikTok reviewers is to route the cable carefully and snap the clip firmly into place on the strap's velcro—once set, it works great for preventing tangles and tugging during play.

Question 5

How do these truly enhance the Quest 3 experience compared to the built-in speakers?

Accepted Answer

The upgrade is substantial. The built-in speakers leak sound and lack immersion. These noise-isolating in-ear headphones seal your ear canal, blocking external noise and making the Quest 3's 360-degree spatial audio truly shine. You'll hear precise directional cues (like footsteps or gunfire) and deeper environmental details, which is a game-changer for horror, shooters, and immersive sims. Most reviewers agree it's one of the most impactful and affordable upgrades you can make.
