Question 1

Does the magnetic attachment hold the phone securely?

Accepted Answer

Reviewers describe the magnetic connection as surprisingly strong, strong enough to comfortably carry or hold the phone while the battery pack stays attached without slipping off.

Question 2

Is the power bank compatible with Android phones?

Accepted Answer

No. The manufacturer states this power bank is designed for iPhone models that support magnetic wireless charging, from iPhone 12 onwards (except iPhone SE 3), and is not Android-compatible.

Question 3

How many charges can I expect from the 10,000mAh capacity?

Accepted Answer

Due to a 30% to 45% energy loss in the battery cells and conversion circuitry, a fully charged unit offers an estimated 6,000mAh to 7,000mAh to power devices, according to the manufacturer.

Question 4

Does the power bank get hot while charging?

Accepted Answer

The manufacturer says it's normal for wireless charging to warm up slightly, especially during intensive use, and the surface temperature is controlled under 118.4℉ (48℃) to comply with international safety standards. One reviewer noted no intense heat while charging, though another reported the wireless charging warmed their phone enough that Android force closed a video.

Question 5

Is it bulky or heavy to carry around?

Accepted Answer

Reviewers describe it as little bulky but not so bad it's a problem, and one calls it heavy while noting it works nicely as a holder/stand when charging; the listing gives dimensions of 4.22 × 2.71 × 0.78 in and a weight of 0.55 lb.
