Question 1

How big is this power bank, and will it fit in my bag or pocket?

Accepted Answer

It’s a 20000mAh pack designed to be portable for travel—it’s larger than a typical phone battery, so it fits easily in a backpack or laptop bag, but it isn’t pocket-sized for slim jeans. Great for travel, less ideal if you want something truly pocketable.

Question 2

Is the built-in USB-C cable reliable and long enough for daily use?

Accepted Answer

The built-in cable is a big convenience plus for tidy charging, and many users love not carrying extra cables. It’s usually a practical length for most setups, but some people wish for a longer or replaceable cable in case of wear.

Question 3

Can I charge my MacBook at full 87W and also power other devices at the same time?

Accepted Answer

The USB-C PD port supports up to 87W for compatible laptops. If you run multiple high-draw devices at once, speeds can throttle a bit. You can still charge phones or tablets on the other ports, often with good results.

Question 4

How long does it take to recharge the power bank itself?

Accepted Answer

Recharging from empty typically takes several hours with a fast charger—roughly 4–7 hours depending on the input power and charger you use.

Question 5

What about warranty and after-sales support?

Accepted Answer

Anker generally offers solid warranty and responsive support. Check the product page for the exact policy in your region (many listings mention 12–18 months). If you run into trouble, customer support is typically helpful and prompt.
