Question 1

Is this charger truly compact enough for travel, and will it block other outlets?

Accepted Answer

It's widely praised for being remarkably small for a 67W charger, especially compared to standard laptop bricks. However, its rectangular shape means it can cover the outlet directly below it on a power strip or tight wall plate. For ultra-compact travel, some users recommend models with foldable prongs, but for most, its power-to-size ratio is a major win.

Question 2

What cables do I need, and does it come with any?

Accepted Answer

This charger does not include any USB-C cables. You'll need to use your own. For best results, ensure you have high-quality USB-C to USB-C cables to support the full fast-charging speeds for your laptop, tablet, or phone.

Question 3

How is the 67W power distributed when I charge multiple devices at once?

Accepted Answer

The charger intelligently allocates power. The top USB-C port is the most powerful solo port. When all three ports are in use, power is distributed to meet device needs (e.g., 45W to a laptop, 20W to a phone). For the fastest possible charge on a single device like a MacBook Air, use it alone in the top port.

Question 4

Is the Anker Prime 67W powerful enough for my MacBook Pro, and how does it compare to Apple's charger?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it can fast-charge MacBook Pro/Air models that support USB-C charging. Users love that it's often smaller, has more ports, and is more versatile than the standard Apple charger. For the largest 16-inch MacBook Pro models, if you need full-speed charging while powering other devices, you might consider Anker's 100W+ models.

Question 5

What is Anker's warranty and support like if I have an issue?

Accepted Answer

Anker products typically come with an 18-month warranty. Social media sentiment highlights their customer support as generally responsive and reliable for legitimate product issues. It's recommended to register your product and keep your purchase receipt for a smooth process should you need it.
