Question 1

How is the sound quality, and will they be loud enough for my phone/laptop?

Accepted Answer

These headphones prioritize clear mids and highs, making them excellent for podcasts, calls, and audiobooks. However, as noted in several tech reviews, they lack deep bass and can be quieter than standard earbuds. You may need to set your device volume higher, especially on some laptops. If you're a bass-heavy music enthusiast, these might not meet your expectations.

Question 2

Are they durable and do they come with a warranty?

Accepted Answer

The air tubes are designed to be lightweight, which some users find less robust than traditional wires. We recommend handling them with care, particularly at the connection points. They come with a standard 1-year manufacturer's warranty against defects. For active use like running or the gym, a more rugged sports headphone might be a better fit.

Question 3

I'm concerned about EMF. Is the "99% Blocked" claim proven?

Accepted Answer

The air tube technology is designed to significantly reduce EMF exposure by replacing the traditional wire near your head with a hollow tube that carries sound waves. The "99%" figure is based on the design principle that conductive materials are removed from the path to your ear. While we stand by the design's effectiveness, we encourage customers to research air tube technology to understand how it works for their own peace of mind.

Question 4

What if the earbud tips don't fit my ears comfortably?

Accepted Answer

We include three sizes of silicone ear tips (S, M, L) to help you find a secure seal. Comfort is a common focus in reviews, and finding the right tip is key. If you have uniquely shaped ear canals and still can't get a comfortable fit, our return policy allows you to send them back within 30 days for a refund.

Question 5

Do they work with iPhones that don't have a headphone jack?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but you will need a separate Apple Lightning to 3.5mm Headphone Jack Adapter (not included). They are compatible with any device featuring a standard 3.5mm audio port or that can use such an adapter, including most Android phones, laptops, tablets, and in-flight entertainment systems.
