Question 1

Will this cleaner fix a CD/DVD player that is already skipping discs or won't read them?

Accepted Answer

It's designed primarily for preventive maintenance and removing light dust or smudges. If your player has severe read errors, the issue may be mechanical or require professional service. Many users find it effective for keeping a working player in good shape, but it's not a guaranteed repair tool for already broken equipment.

Question 2

Is the Arsvita cleaner safe to use on my game console, like a PlayStation, Xbox, or Wii?**

Accepted Answer

Yes, it is generally safe for most standard CD, DVD, and VCD laser lenses, which includes those in many game consoles. The non-invasive method is a key benefit. For absolute certainty, we recommend checking your console's manual for lens cleaning recommendations.

Question 3

How do I use it correctly, and how often should I clean my player?**

Accepted Answer

It's simple: just insert the disc and press play. The disc will spin, activating the micro-brushes. For light maintenance, use the dry brush side. For a deeper clean, apply 1-2 drops of the included fluid to the designated pad. Most satisfied users on forums suggest using it for a deep clean every 6-12 months, or if you notice early signs of skipping.

Question 4

The product feels lightweight. Is it durable and safe inside my expensive player?**

Accepted Answer

The disc is designed to be lightweight to function properly in standard tray-loading mechanisms. While some Reddit users have mentioned it feels less robust than expected, it is engineered specifically for this purpose. To ensure safety, always make sure the disc is clean and dry before insertion and that your player is on a stable surface.

Question 5

What if it doesn't work for my player? What is your return policy?**

Accepted Answer

We stand by our products. If the Arsvita cleaner does not perform as expected for standard lens maintenance, please contact our customer support team through your original point of purchase. They will assist you with our return or refund policy details. We recommend using it as part of regular care for best results.
