Question 1

Is the mat really thick enough to help with foot and leg pain from standing all day?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Based on thousands of reviews, this is the most frequently praised benefit. Users consistently report a significant and immediate reduction in discomfort. The 2cm thickness provides substantial cushioning that absorbs impact, making long hours at a standing desk or in the kitchen much more manageable.

Question 2

I'm worried about the size. Will a 120x44cm mat fit well under a standard desk?

Accepted Answer

This is a common pre-purchase question. The 120cm length is ideal for positioning in front of a standard desk, allowing you to shift your stance. However, many Reddit users suggest measuring your specific floor space, as some found it visually smaller than expected. If you need coverage for a wider area or want to ensure your chair rolls onto it, you might consider purchasing two.

Question 3

Does the mat have a strong smell when it arrives?

Accepted Answer

Some customers do notice a rubbery odor upon unboxing. This is typical for PVC/rubber composite mats and is not harmful. The smell is not "toxic," but if you're sensitive, we recommend unrolling the mat in a well-ventilated area (like a garage) for 24-48 hours. As many TikTok users have confirmed, the odor dissipates completely with a short airing-out period.

Question 4

How durable is it, and will it flatten over time?

Accepted Answer

The mat is designed for long-term home and office use. While the core material is resilient, like any cushioned product, it may experience slight compression in the spots of heaviest, constant use after many months. For maximum longevity, occasionally rotating the mat can help. It wipes clean easily and is built to handle daily wear.

Question 5

What if the mat doesn't work for me? What's the return policy?

Accepted Answer

We want you to be completely satisfied. Please check the specific return and refund policy on the product page at the time of your purchase, as terms can vary. Generally, if you find the mat isn't right for your space or comfort needs, you can initiate a return through your order account. A tip from social media: keep the original packaging for a smoother return process if needed.
