Question 1

How long does it take to notice a difference in my breath and gum health?

Accepted Answer

Most users report noticing fresher breath within the first few days, especially when used consistently morning and night. For more significant gum health benefits—like reduced bleeding or inflammation—many reviews mention it takes 2 to 4 weeks of consistent use to feel a noticeable change. Think of it as a daily supplement for your oral microbiome, not an instant fix.

Question 2

Is this a replacement for brushing, flossing, or my regular mouthwash?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely not. This probiotic is designed to be a *supplement* to your existing oral hygiene routine, not a substitute. Think of it this way: brushing and flossing clean your teeth, while the probiotics help support a healthier balance of bacteria in your mouth. Many happy customers on social media say they use it alongside their normal brushing and flossing for the best results.

Question 3

I’ve seen comments about taste and texture. What’s it really like?

Accepted Answer

The strawberry-flavored chewable tablet is generally described as pleasant and sweet, making it an easy part of a daily routine. However, taste is subjective! A small number of users find it a bit sweet or notice a slight chalky texture as it dissolves. The consensus is that it's far more enjoyable than swallowing a pill, but if you're very sensitive to sweeteners, it's something to consider.

Question 4

Is it safe to use with dental work like implants, crowns, or braces?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the probiotic blend is safe to use with common dental work like implants, crowns, and braces. The chewable tablet dissolves in your saliva, working systemically in your oral environment rather than mechanically on the hardware itself. As always, if you have specific concerns, we recommend consulting with your dentist.

Question 5

What if it doesn’t work for me or I don’t like it?

Accepted Answer
