Question 1

Is the Aura Pro 300W too large for home use, and how do I store it?

Accepted Answer

The panel is substantial—about the size of a large mirror—which allows for full-body treatment. While users love the coverage, many on Reddit suggest planning your space. It comes with a sturdy stand but can also be wall-mounted. If you're tight on space, consider where you'll use it and store it; some customers lean it safely in a corner or use a protective sleeve.

Question 2

I'm skeptical about the health claims. What can I realistically expect from regular use?

Accepted Answer

That's a very common question. Based on user reports and clinical studies on red and infrared light, realistic expectations include reduced muscle soreness after exercise, support for joint comfort, and improvements in skin tone and texture. It's not an instant miracle cure but a wellness tool. Benefits are cumulative, with most dedicated users reporting noticeable effects after 3-4 weeks of consistent, short sessions.

Question 3

How does this compare to cheaper panels on Amazon? Is the price worth it?

Accepted Answer

The primary differences are in power output (300W ensures effective treatment at a proper distance), build quality (all-metal housing vs. plastic), and spectrum (dual 660nm & 850nm chips). Reviews consistently highlight its "premium feel" and reliability. While cheaper panels can be a good entry point, the Aura Pro is an investment for those serious about results and durability, offering better long-term value according to most owners.

Question 4

Is it complicated to use, and do I really need the goggles?

Accepted Answer

It's simple to operate (timer, mode selector), but there's a short learning curve. TikTok videos often show users creating routines (e.g., 10 mins red for skin, 15 mins infrared for muscles). The included goggles are essential for eye safety—always wear them during use. We provide clear guidelines on distances and times to get you started confidently.

Question 5

What if it doesn't work for me or arrives damaged? What's your support like?

Accepted Answer

We stand by our product with a robust warranty and a customer-friendly return policy. Should anything be wrong on arrival, our support team—frequently praised in reviews for being quick and helpful—will resolve it immediately. We recommend giving it a fair trial of several weeks, but if you're unsatisfied, our return process is straightforward.
