Question 1

Should I size up in Bambody period underwear?

Accepted Answer

Based on thousands of reviews, we generally recommend sizing up, especially if you are between sizes or prefer a less compressive fit around the waist and hips. Many users find their usual size can feel snug, particularly in the waistband. Checking our detailed size chart (which includes hip and waist measurements) is the best first step.

Question 2

Can I rely on these alone on my heaviest flow days or overnight?

Accepted Answer

While Bambody offers excellent protection for light to moderate flow, users with a very heavy flow often report needing to change them more frequently or use a backup (like a tampon) on their first 1-2 days. For overnight, they are highly effective for moderate flow, but if you're a "super-soaker," you might want to consider a brand specifically marketed for maximum overnight absorbency.

Question 3

How long do they last, and how should I care for them?

Accepted Answer

With proper care—rinsing in cold water after use, then machine washing cold on a gentle cycle and air drying—most users find they maintain their absorbency and shape for 6-12 months of regular use. A common note from long-term users is that the absorbent gusset takes a while to air dry completely (often 24+ hours), so having a 3-4 pair rotation is practical.

Question 4

Are these a good choice for postpartum or for teens?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. These are frequently praised as a comfortable, reliable, and affordable solution for postpartum light bleeding (lochia) after the initial heavy stage. They're also a top choice for teens new to period underwear, thanks to their soft feel, simple design, and value compared to pricier brands.

Question 5

What if they don't fit or work for me?

Accepted Answer

We stand by our products and want you to be confident in your purchase. Please refer to our specific return and refund policy on the product page for details on the window for returns and any conditions. Many TikTok users mention that trying a pair was a "low-risk" way to test period underwear due to the reasonable price and clear policy.
