Question 1

How durable are these bowls? I've seen comments online about them being fragile.

Accepted Answer

These bowls are made from soda-lime glass, which is perfect for serving, prepping, and organizing. However, they are designed to be lightweight and are not as thick as heavy-duty baking dishes like Pyrex. Many TikTok and Reddit users love them for portioning snacks and dips but advise handling them with care during washing and storage to avoid chipping. They are best for light to medium kitchen and serving use.

Question 2

What are the exact dimensions, and are they truly 2.5oz?

Accepted Answer

The bowls measure 3 inches in diameter at the top rim. The 2.5oz capacity refers to a liquid measure filled to the very brim. For practical use—like holding spices, sauce for sushi, or a small serving of nuts—the usable capacity is slightly less. Reviewers often mention they are ideal for small portions, not for holding a full serving of side dishes.

Question 3

Are these bowls dishwasher, microwave, and oven-safe?

Accepted Answer

Yes, they are dishwasher and microwave-safe, making cleanup and reheating easy. However, they are not oven-safe. The glass is not tempered for high, dry heat. They are perfect for taking prepped ingredients from fridge to microwave to table, but not for baking.

Question 4

What happens if my order arrives with broken bowls?

Accepted Answer

We stand by our products. While we use protective packaging, shipping can be unpredictable. If any bowls arrive damaged, please contact our customer support immediately with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will promptly send a replacement or provide a refund for the broken pieces, as mentioned in several positive reviews about our resolution process.

Question 5

Who are these bowls best suited for?

Accepted Answer

Based on overwhelmingly positive feedback, these bowls are a hit with home cooks for organizing pre-chopped ingredients (mise en place), hosts for serving condiments and dips at parties, and anyone needing small containers for crafts, jewelry, or office supplies. They offer excellent value as a 10-pack for these uses. If you need heavyweight, oven-to-table ramekins for baking crème brûlée, you might consider dedicated ceramic ramekins instead.
