Question 1

What sizes are included in the 2-pack?

Accepted Answer

Each bottle is 32 oz, so you get two bottles (64 oz total)—great for refilling standard dispensers around the home.

Question 2

Can I use this Castile Lavender refill for body, hair, and dishes without issues?

Accepted Answer

Yes. It’s a gentle, multi-use formula popular for body, hair, and dishwashing. If you have sensitive skin, do a patch test first.

Question 3

Do I need to dilute it to get a good lather, and how should I use it for different tasks?

Accepted Answer

Some users find it watery if used straight; start with a small amount and adjust. For dishes, a capful in warm water usually works well; for body or hair, mix with water to reach your preferred lather.

Question 4

How strong is the lavender scent and is it suitable for sensitive noses or skin?

Accepted Answer

The lavender scent is generally mild and pleasant, not overpowering. If you’re scent-sensitive, test a small area first and adjust usage.

Question 5

Is this a good value, and what about shipping, returns, or after-sales support?

Accepted Answer

The 2x32 oz refill offers a favorable value per ounce versus buying single bottles. Shipping is reliable, and returns are supported if you’re not satisfied with scent or performance.
