Question 1

How big are the capsules, and are they easy to swallow?

Accepted Answer

Most users describe the softgels as easy to swallow, especially compared to bulky tablets — but a few reviewers on Reddit and TikTok noted they're on the larger side. If you have trouble with big pills, you can twist the softgel open and mix the contents into yogurt or a smoothie. Taking them with a full glass of water also helps.

Question 2

Is this real Ceylon cinnamon, and how much is in each capsule?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this formula uses Ceylon cinnamon (*Cinnamomum verum*), not the cheaper cassia variety, which is why it's a preferred choice for daily use. Some shoppers have asked whether the cinnamon dose is high enough to work on its own; the formula is designed as a *synergistic blend* with berberine and chromium, so the cinnamon supports the overall effect rather than acting alone. Check the supplement facts panel for the exact per-capsule amount.

Question 3

How long until I notice results, and what should I expect?

Accepted Answer

Experiences vary. Many reviewers report feeling more energized and less sluggish within 2–4 weeks of consistent use, while others say it took closer to 6–8 weeks — and a small number noticed no change at all. For best results, take it daily with a meal and give it at least a month. Individual results depend on diet, lifestyle, and consistency.

Question 4

Can I take this with other medications or supplements?

Accepted Answer

Berberine and cinnamon can interact with certain medications — especially blood sugar and blood pressure drugs — so it's important to check with your doctor first if you're on any prescriptions. It's generally well tolerated alongside a standard multivitamin, but always confirm with a healthcare provider before combining supplements.

Question 5

What if it doesn't work for me — can I return it?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The product is backed by a satisfaction guarantee, so if you don't see the results you hoped for, you can request a refund within the stated return window. A tip from frequent supplement buyers: if you're not sure yet, choose the one-time purchase option rather than the subscription — it's easier to manage, and you can always switch to auto-ship later once you know it works for you.
