Question 1

Are these towels thick like a washcloth, or more like a tissue?

Accepted Answer

They are best described as ultra-soft, durable paper sheets—significantly sturdier than a facial tissue but not a thick terry cloth. Many users on TikTok highlight their surprise at the thin-yet-strong feel, noting they hold up perfectly when damp for cleansing but manage expectations by saying, "Think premium, strong paper towel, not a bath towel."

Question 2

I have sensitive skin/eczema. Is the "Eczema Association Accepted" seal a guarantee these won't irritate me?

Accepted Answer

The seal means the product's formulation has been reviewed and accepted by the National Eczema Association as suitable for people with eczema, free of common irritants. However, everyone's skin is unique. While most with sensitive skin find them incredibly gentle, a small number report reactions. We recommend patch testing first if you have known sensitivities to paper-based products.

Question 3

How do these compare to reusable cotton rounds in terms of value and effectiveness?

Accepted Answer

It's a trade-off between convenience and long-term cost. These towels excel in hygiene (no laundry or mildew worries) and consistent softness (no fabric breakdown). They are often more effective at removing makeup without lint. However, reusable rounds are more eco-friendly and cheaper over time. If your top priorities are sterility, convenience, and guaranteed gentleness, these are a premium choice.

Question 4

I'm concerned about waste and cost. What's the best way to use them to get the most value?

Accepted Answer

Many savvy users stretch one towel by using both sides—for example, one side for makeup removal and the flip side for applying toner. Others cut them in half for lighter use. While designed for single use to maximize hygiene, some with less sensitive skin will let a used towel dry and reuse it later for applying skincare, though this is not the intended primary use.

Question 5

My package arrived with a torn plastic seal. Are the towels inside still sterile?

Accepted Answer

We sincerely apologize for this. The sealed packaging is designed to maintain product cleanliness. If the inner plastic wrap or the pack itself is compromised, the sterility cannot be guaranteed. Please contact our customer support team immediately with your order number, and we will happily send a replacement pack. Your satisfaction and safety are our priority.
