Question 1

Are these ear tips compatible with AirPods Pro 1st and 2nd generation?

Accepted Answer

Yes. They’re designed to fit both AirPods Pro generations and come with four sizes (XS, S, M, L) to help you find a secure, comfortable seal.

Question 2

How do I choose the right size for a secure, comfortable seal?

Accepted Answer

Start with the middle sizes and try each one. A quick fit test is to insert normally and listen for any ambient noise leaking in; the size that minimizes external sound is often the best fit. Many TikTok users mention trying all three sizes to find what feels best for their ears.

Question 3

Does the noise-reduction hole really improve isolation?

Accepted Answer

It helps by promoting a snug, tighter seal, which can reduce external noise. Results vary by ear shape, so it’s not a guarantee of complete isolation, but many users notice a clearer seal with the hole.

Question 4

How durable are these tips, and can I clean them safely?

Accepted Answer

They’re silicone tips designed for repeated use. Clean them with the included cleaner kit or mild soap and water, and replace if you notice wear, tearing, or degraded fit.

Question 5

What if I’m not satisfied—what’s the return or warranty policy?

Accepted Answer

We offer an easy return/refund process and responsive after-sales support. If the fit isn’t right or you’re not happy with the seal, contact support and we’ll guide you through a hassle-free return or exchange.
