Question 1

Should I order my normal shoe size, or do they run large?

Accepted Answer

Most reviewers, including many on Reddit, suggest sizing down. The Coperta Slippers are designed with a roomy, comfortable fit. If you are between sizes or have narrow feet, ordering one half-size smaller than your usual street shoe is a common recommendation to achieve a secure fit without sacrificing comfort.

Question 2

Are these slippers slippery on hardwood or tile floors?

Accepted Answer

While the slipper sole provides excellent comfort, some users have noted they can be slippery on perfectly smooth, hard surfaces like polished hardwood or tile. For safety, we recommend a cautious "test step" on your clean floors. If maximum grip is your top priority, you might prefer a slipper with a dedicated rubber outdoor/indoor sole.

Question 3

I have plantar fasciitis. Are these slippers recommended for that?

Accepted Answer

While many customers with foot discomfort find the ultra-cushioned design very relieving, it's important to consult your healthcare provider for specific conditions. The "physical therapist recommended" tag often refers to the benefits of lightweight, supportive cushioning for general foot fatigue and recovery. However, these are not custom orthotics. For significant plantar fasciitis, a product with more structured arch support may be more suitable.

Question 4

How do they hold up in the wash? Will the antibacterial treatment last?

Accepted Answer

Yes, they are fully machine washable, which is a huge hit with buyers! To preserve their shape and the antibacterial treatment, we recommend using cold water on a gentle cycle and air drying. Avoid bleach and high heat. The antibacterial treatment is designed to be durable through many washes, but like any treated fabric, its efficacy may gradually diminish over time with repeated cleaning.

Question 5

What is your return policy if they don't fit or meet my expectations?

Accepted Answer

We want you to be completely comfortable in your purchase. We offer a standard return window for unworn, clean items with original packaging. Please check our official Returns & Refunds page for the most current policy details and to initiate a return. Many TikTok users praised the ease of the return process when sizing didn't work out.
