Question 1

Is the sizing of this headgear identical to the original Philips Respironics Wisp headgear?

Accepted Answer

Most users find the fit to be very close to the original. However, based on social listening, a small number of reviewers mention it can feel slightly tighter or looser. If you are between sizes or found the original fit perfectly snug, you might notice a subtle difference. We recommend it as a direct replacement for the standard-sized Wisp headgear.

Question 2

How durable are the plastic clips? I've seen mixed comments about them.

Accepted Answer

This is a common pre-purchase concern. The fabric strap receives consistent praise for durability, but feedback on the clips is varied. Many users have no issues, while others report the clips can feel less robust than the OEM parts and may be a point of failure over long-term, daily use. For the price, it offers great value, but if clip longevity is your top priority, you may want to consider the official Philips part.

Question 3

What exactly is included in the box? Does it come with the mask frame or cushion?

Accepted Answer

This headgear replacement includes only the straps and clips. The mask frame, cushion, and elbow are not included. The product images are intended to show how the headgear attaches. Please ensure you are only purchasing a replacement for the strap assembly of your existing Wisp mask.

Question 4

Is the material comfortable and breathable for all-night use?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. This is one of the most praised features! Users on platforms like Reddit frequently mention the soft, lightweight fabric is less irritating than their old, worn-out straps and provides excellent breathability. It's designed to minimize red marks and discomfort, making it a comfortable choice for extended wear.

Question 5

What if the headgear doesn't fit me correctly? What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

We want you to be completely satisfied. If the headgear does not fit your Wisp mask or meet your expectations, please contact our customer support team to initiate a return. We offer a standard return window for unused items. Given the personal nature of CPAP fittings, we encourage you to review the sizing information carefully before purchasing.
