Question 1

Is the 3L tank size practical for most common cleaning tasks?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. The 0.8-gallon capacity is a versatile sweet spot. As many YouTube reviewers have shown, it comfortably fits multiple pairs of glasses, a full set of jewelry, small hand tools, or a large carburetor part. For reference, it's great for household and hobbyist use, but if you primarily need to clean very large, bulky items, you might want to look at industrial-sized models.

Question 2

How loud is it during operation, and can I use it in my kitchen or office?

Accepted Answer

It produces a noticeable high-frequency hum, especially on the powerful "Degas" mode. Feedback from social media suggests it's comparable to a loud electric toothbrush or a small aquarium pump. While effective, it's not silent. Most users find it fine for a garage, workshop, or laundry room, but it may be too distracting for an office or open-plan living area if used for extended periods.

Question 3

Can I use cleaning solutions like vinegar or Simple Green in the tank?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can use a wide variety of solutions to enhance cleaning! Many Reddit users recommend diluted simple green for tools, a mild dish soap and water mix for glasses and jewelry, or white vinegar for descaling. The key is to avoid abrasive powders, bleach, or highly corrosive acids, as they can damage the stainless steel tank. Always refer to the manual for specific guidance.

Question 4

The product has a heater—how long does it take to get the water hot, and is it worth using?

Accepted Answer

The 150W heater is effective but not instantaneous. Starting with room-temperature water, it can take 15-25 minutes to reach the max 70°C (158°F). The consistent sentiment from reviews is that the wait is worth it, as warm water dramatically improves the cleaning action on greasy or oily items. For light cleaning, you can start without heat, but for tough jobs, plan ahead and let it warm up.
