Question 1

What's the difference between beard butter and beard oil, and which one should I use?

Accepted Answer

Great question! Beard butter is a thicker, cream-based product focused on deep conditioning, softening the beard, and moisturizing the skin underneath with a matte finish. Beard oil is lighter, absorbed quickly, and adds shine while providing lighter hydration. Think of butter as a leave-in conditioner and oil as a daily serum. Many of our customers, especially those with longer or coarser beards, use both: oil after washing and butter for styling and all-day softness.

Question 2

Will this make my beard look or feel greasy?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. This is one of the most praised features in reviews. Our butter is formulated with fast-absorbing oils like hemp seed to hydrate deeply without leaving a greasy, shiny, or sticky residue. As one Reddit user put it, "It soaks right in and just leaves your beard feeling soft, not oily."

Question 3

How strong is the fragrance, and how long does it last?

Accepted Answer

The bourbon and orange scent is distinctive and noticeable upon application but is generally considered sophisticated and not overpowering. It's designed to be a pleasant, close-to-the-skin fragrance that mellows after an hour or so. If you prefer a very strong, all-day scent, this may be too subtle. For those sensitive to fragrance, we recommend checking if a sample is available.

Question 4

I have a short beard/stubble. Is this product suitable for me?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. While users with longer beards often notice more dramatic softening, the butter is excellent for shorter beards too. It helps condition the hair, reduce itchiness during growth phases, and moisturize the skin to prevent flaking. A pea-sized amount is all you need for stubble.

Question 5

How long does a 100g jar typically last, and what's your return policy if I'm not satisfied?

Accepted Answer

With daily use, a jar typically lasts 2-3 months, though this depends on beard length and how much you apply. Regarding returns, we stand by our product's quality. If you're unsatisfied for any reason, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of purchase with your order details, and we'll be happy to help you with a refund or exchange. We want you to love your beard care routine.
