Question 1

How does the sizing fit? Should I order a size up?

Accepted Answer

Based on customer feedback, we recommend checking our detailed size chart carefully. Many users find the fit to be snug, especially in the shoulders and arms if you plan to wear layers underneath. If you're between sizes or prefer a looser fit for layering, sizing up is a popular choice. The jacket is designed for mobility, but not a baggy look.

Question 2

What's the real-world battery life on the heating settings?

Accepted Answer

The included 12V battery pack provides excellent heat, but runtime depends on the setting. On the highest setting, you can expect 3-4 hours of continuous heat, perfect for commutes or outdoor activities. Lower settings extend usage significantly. For all-day adventures, many users bring a backup power bank or use the car charger to top up. It's a common tip from YouTube reviewers to manage expectations for extended use.

Question 3

Is the jacket durable and machine washable?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it is machine washable! For longevity, always remove the battery and controller, close all zippers, and use a gentle, cold-water cycle. Tumble dry on low or air dry. We've designed it for durability, but as with any technical garment, gentle care is key. Some Reddit users suggest turning it inside out before washing to further protect the inner heating elements and stitching.

Question 4

Who is this heated jacket best suited for?

Accepted Answer

This jacket is ideal for casual winter use like commuting, walking the dog, attending outdoor events, or light recreational activities. It's also a fantastic gift for those who feel the cold more easily. If you're looking for a jacket for heavy-duty, all-day manual labor in extreme conditions, you might want to explore more rugged, professional-grade heated workwear.

Question 5

What if the jacket doesn't work for me? What's the return policy?

Accepted Answer

We offer a standard return window for unworn items with all original packaging. Please note that due to the electronic components, the battery and controller must be included and undamaged for a successful return. For any issues, our support team is here to help. A friendly tip from the community: taking a quick video when unboxing can be helpful for any potential warranty discussions down the line.
