Question 1

Is this chair suitable for sitting at a standard kitchen counter or standing desk?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it's a popular choice for exactly that! The adjustable height range works well for standard 36-inch counters and most adjustable standing desks. Many TikTok users show it in their kitchen or home office setups. Just double-check your specific surface height before ordering.

Question 2

How is the comfort for long periods, and does the material get hot?

Accepted Answer

The padded PU leather seat is comfortable for medium-duration tasks (a few hours). However, based on numerous reviews, if you plan to sit for 8+ hours daily, like in a primary office, the cushion may compress and the non-breathable material can become warm. It's best suited for mixed-use settings like a salon, lab, or kitchen where you're not seated all day.

Question 3

I've seen comments about the PU leather peeling. How durable is it?

Accepted Answer

The PU leather offers a sleek, affordable look but may show wear over time, especially with heavy daily use or in direct sunlight. For longevity, avoid sharp objects and clean with a damp cloth. If you need maximum durability for a commercial setting, you might consider a fabric or genuine leather alternative. For typical home use, most owners find it holds up well.

Question 4

How difficult is assembly, and is it stable once built?

Accepted Answer

Assembly is straightforward and usually takes about 20-30 minutes with the included tools. The most common feedback is to ensure you tighten all bolts and screws very firmly during assembly to eliminate any potential wobble. Taking an extra minute with a wrench (not provided) can make the chair feel much more solid and stable.

Question 5

What is your return policy if the chair isn't right for me or arrives damaged?

Accepted Answer

We offer a standard return window for this item (please check the product page for the current duration). If your chair arrives with any shipping damage or missing parts, please contact our customer support immediately via your order page, and we'll promptly send replacements or assist with a return. We recommend inspecting the packaging upon delivery.
