Question 1

Are these genuine 32GB drives, and why does my computer show less available space?

Accepted Answer

Yes, these are genuine 32GB flash drives. It's completely normal for a computer to show slightly less available space (typically around 29-30GB). This difference is due to the way storage is formatted and calculated by the operating system, not a reduction in actual capacity. Many reviewers have verified the full, usable capacity.

Question 2

How fast are these USB 2.0 drives, and what are they best used for?

Accepted Answer

These use the older USB 2.0 standard, which is fine for everyday documents, photos, music, and school presentations, but slower for transferring very large files like full-length HD movies. They're perfect for affordable, organized, bulk storage. If your primary need is blazing-fast speed for large video files or frequent big backups, you might want to look for USB 3.0 drives.

Question 3

How durable is the metal body and swivel design?

Accepted Answer

The metal casing is a highlight for most users, offering a solid, premium feel that's more robust than plastic drives. The swivel hinge is generally reliable for regular use, though a small number of reports mention it can become loose over time with heavy manipulation. The included lanyards are basic but functional for keeping the drives together.

Question 4

What happens if one of the five drives stops working?

Accepted Answer

While the vast majority of drives work flawlessly, as with any electronic product, there is a small chance of an individual unit failing. The product is sold with a warranty. If you encounter an issue, we recommend contacting the seller or EASTBULL customer support directly through your Amazon purchase page to resolve the problem, whether that's a replacement or refund.

Question 5

Who would get the most value out of this 5-pack?

Accepted Answer

This pack is a fantastic value for anyone needing multiple, reliable drives for organization or distribution. Students, teachers, office workers, and event planners love the color options for labeling (e.g., home, work, car, backups). They're also great as affordable gifts or party favors. If you need just one high-speed, high-endurance drive for critical data, a single name-brand drive may be a better fit.
