Question 1

Does this product actually "peel" off dead skin like some viral videos show?

Accepted Answer

It works differently than traditional "peeling" gels. Instead of lifting away visible sheets of skin, it uses cotton cellulose to gently ball up as you massage, lifting away dead skin cells and impurities in a subtle, pill-like form. Many users on TikTok love it for this gentle action, especially if they have sensitive skin that can't handle harsh physical scrubs.

Question 2

I have sensitive skin that's prone to redness. Is this gentle enough for me?

Accepted Answer

This peeling gel is a top choice for sensitive skin types, as noted in thousands of reviews. It's formulated without harsh granules or high concentrations of acids. However, as with any exfoliant, we recommend patch testing first. A small segment of users with *extremely* reactive skin or conditions like rosacea have reported irritation, so starting with once-a-week use is wise to see how your skin responds.

Question 3

Will this help with stubborn blackheads, acne, or deep texture issues?

Accepted Answer

This gel is excellent for surface-level smoothing, brightness, and refining the appearance of pores. For many, this leads to clearer-looking skin. However, users with more severe congestion or active acne often find it too gentle for their primary concerns. It's better suited for maintenance and overall skin refinement rather than treating significant breakout-prone or heavily textured skin.

Question 4

How does this compare to chemical exfoliants like AHAs/BHAs, and can I use them together?

Accepted Answer

This is a primarily physical (though very gentle) exfoliation method. It's a great alternative if your skin is sensitive to acids like glycolic or salicylic acid. If you wish to use it alongside chemical exfoliants, we strongly advise against using them on the same day to prevent over-exfoliation. A common routine mentioned in reviews is using this gel 1-2 times per week on "off nights" from your stronger actives.

Question 5

I've seen comments about the pump clogging. Is this a common issue?

Accepted Answer

While the majority of pumps function properly, some users have experienced clogging. This is often due to product residue drying in the mechanism. To prevent this, ensure the pump is fully closed and stored upright. If clogging occurs, a simple clean with warm water usually resolves it. The product's gentle, gel-like consistency—which is great for your skin—can sometimes require this minor maintenance for the packaging.
