Question 1

I have a larger head. Will these be comfortable for long periods?

Accepted Answer

While many users find them exceptionally lightweight and comfortable, those with larger heads or ears have noted the fit can become snug over several hours. The ear cups are a true over-ear design for most, but if you're at the upper end of hat sizes, you might experience more clamping pressure. For all-day comfort, we recommend trying them with our return policy in mind.

Question 2

How durable are they? Some reviews mention the plastic feels light.

Accepted Answer

The lightweight, foldable design does utilize plastic to keep weight down, which some users describe as less premium than heavier, more expensive brands. The consensus from long-term users is that with normal care (using the included case for travel), they hold up well for daily use. They are built for portability and value, not extreme ruggedness.

Question 3

Is the noise cancellation as good as Sony or Bose headphones?

Accepted Answer

The active noise cancellation (ANC) is highly effective for its price range, expertly canceling constant low-frequency noises like airplane engines, bus rumble, or office AC. As many TikTok reviewers have pointed out, it's not designed to eliminate all sound, such as nearby conversations. If absolute, top-tier silence is your main goal, you'd need to invest in higher-end models from Sony or Bose.

Question 4

Can I use these for phone calls in noisy places like a busy street?

Accepted Answer

The microphone performs very well in quiet to moderately noisy environments (like a home office). However, in very loud or windy conditions, some users report that background noise can interfere with call clarity. They are excellent for remote work and commuting, but for frequent calls in chaotic outdoor settings, a dedicated headset mic might be more reliable.

Question 5

Who are these headphones best suited for?

Accepted Answer

They are a fantastic fit for students, commuters, and remote workers who prioritize incredible battery life (the 68-hour claim is real!), solid ANC for focus, and the convenience of dual-device connection—all at a budget-friendly price. They're perfect as a first pair of ANC headphones or as a reliable, portable secondary pair.
