Question 1

Is the CR900 too powerful for someone with only mildly rough skin or sensitive feet?

Accepted Answer

It is a very effective tool, which is why many reviewers call it "powerful." If your calluses are light, we recommend using it on the lowest speed setting with extreme caution and for very short periods. For those with generally sensitive skin or medical conditions like diabetes, consulting a podiatrist before use is always advised. Some TikTok users with mild concerns have said it worked great when used sparingly, while others found it more aggressive than needed.

Question 2

How long does the battery last, and are the roller heads replaceable?

Accepted Answer

On a full charge, you can expect about 60-90 minutes of continuous use—plenty for multiple sessions. It recharges fully in roughly 2-3 hours. Yes, the roller heads are replaceable! This is a common point of praise, as it extends the life of your device. You can find official replacement heads and multi-packs on our website and major online retailers.

Question 3

I have deep, cracked heels. Will this fix them in one use?

Accepted Answer

For severe, built-up calluses and cracks, managing expectations is key. While the CR900 is highly effective and will show immediate improvement, restoring deeply damaged skin is a process. Most users with tough conditions report seeing the best results after 2-3 consistent uses over a couple of weeks, followed by regular maintenance. It's a tool for gradual restoration, not an instant miracle cure.

Question 4

What is your return policy if the device doesn't work for me or has an issue?

Accepted Answer

We stand by our product with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If you're unsatisfied for any reason, we offer a 30-day return window for a refund. Please reach out to our customer support team directly through the contact information on our website for the smoothest process. We've noticed some social media comments about slow support; we've since expanded our team to ensure quicker, more helpful responses.

Question 5

How does this compare to a manual foot file or a cheaper electric file?

Accepted Answer

Based on thousands of reviews, the consensus is that it's significantly more efficient than manual filing, saving time and effort. Compared to less expensive electric files, users consistently report the CR900 is more powerful, durable, and provides smoother, more salon-like results. The trade-off is that it requires a more careful touch. If you have serious calluses and want professional-grade results at home, this is the tool most users recommend.
