Question 1

Is The Dynamic Duo Kit suitable for sensitive skin?

Accepted Answer

While many users with combination or oily skin find it effective and gentle, we've seen feedback from those with very sensitive or reactive skin suggesting it can be too potent. The enzyme formulas are powerful. We strongly recommend patch-testing the products on your jawline for a few days before full use. If you have conditions like rosacea or eczema, consulting a dermatologist first is advised.

Question 2

How often should I use the Exfoliating Facial Pads? Can I use them daily with the cleanser?

Accepted Answer

Great question! A common tip from experienced users is to start slowly. We recommend using the Exfoliating Pads 2-3 times per week, not daily, to avoid over-exfoliation. The Daily Gel Cleanser, however, is designed for morning and/or evening use. Listen to your skin—if you notice any tightness or redness, scale back the pad usage.

Question 3

I've read some reviews mentioning dryness or irritation. What should I do if this happens?

Accepted Answer

If you experience discomfort, discontinue use immediately and focus on a simple, soothing skincare routine with a gentle moisturizer. Please contact our Customer Care team—they can provide guidance and discuss options based on your situation. It's always best to introduce new active products one at a time to see how your skin responds.

Question 4

What is the actual size of the products in this kit, and is it good value?

Accepted Answer

The kit includes a full-size (6.8 fl oz) Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balm and a full-size (60 pads) Papaya Enzyme Peel. Purchased separately, they represent a significant value. The "try before you commit" kit format is perfect for discovering if ELEMIS's enzyme-powered approach works for you, which many social media reviewers have loved.

Question 5

Who is this kit the best fit for?

Accepted Answer

This duo is ideal for someone looking to achieve smoother, brighter, and more refined skin. It's been a hit with users who have combination, oily, or normal skin types and are seeking a professional-level glow without harsh physical scrubs. If your primary concerns are texture, dullness, or congestion, this kit is designed to target them effectively.
