Question 1

I have narrow dress shoes/specific athletic sneakers. Will these insoles fit without making them too tight?

Accepted Answer

While our dual-gel insoles are designed to be versatile, their cushioning does add volume. Many users find they work best in casual shoes, roomy sneakers, or work boots. For very slim-fitting formal shoes or performance athletic models with a snug fit, the added thickness might be uncomfortable. We recommend checking the internal space of your shoe before purchase.

Question 2

How durable are they for daily use in work boots or for running?

Accepted Answer

The insoles provide excellent comfort, but longevity depends on usage. For all-day standing or walking, many users report months of comfort. However, for high-impact activities like running or heavy construction work, some Reddit users have noted the gel pods can wear out or leak faster. For extreme daily punishment, you might consider specialized, heavy-duty insoles.

Question 3

Is the trimming process difficult? I'm worried I'll ruin them.

Accepted Answer

It's simpler than it seems! The key is to trace your *current* shoe's insole, not your foot. Place the FOVERA insole on top of your existing one, trace the shape with a pen, and cut carefully with scissors. Take your time and cut just outside the line. A common tip from TikTok reviewers is to trim less than you think—you can always cut more off later, but you can't add it back!

Question 4

The bottom has a sticky strip. Does it really keep the insole from sliding?

Accepted Answer

The adhesive strip helps with initial placement and is effective for many users in casual settings. For high-movement activities like sports, some have noted it can lose grip over time. For best results, ensure your shoe's original insole is clean and dry before applying. If it does slip, a small dot of double-sided tape on the heel can be a secure fix, as mentioned in several online forums.
