Question 1

Is the cleaning process really as easy as it looks in the videos?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it's consistently highlighted as a major plus in user reviews. Most components, including the strainer and pulp container, are dishwasher safe. The large 108mm feeding chute means less pre-cutting and fewer hard-to-clean nooks. Many users on TikTok show a full clean-up in under 5 minutes. Just remember to rinse the parts soon after juicing for the easiest experience.

Question 2

How does it handle hard produce like carrots and beets? Do I need to pre-cut them?

Accepted Answer

The 108mm wide chute and 200W motor are designed to handle whole carrots, apples, and even medium-sized beets without pre-cutting, which is a huge time-saver. However, some Reddit users recommend cutting very large or extremely hard vegetables (like big sweet potatoes) into halves or thirds for optimal feeding and to prevent strain on the motor over time.

Question 3

I live in a small apartment and am sensitive to noise. Is this juicer suitable?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Its quiet, masticating operation is one of its most praised features. It produces a low hum compared to the loud, grating noise of a centrifugal juicer or blender. Many YouTube reviewers demonstrate the sound difference, and it's quiet enough for early morning or late evening use without disturbing neighbors or housemates.

Question 4

What's the realistic juice yield, and why does the pulp sometimes seem damp?

Accepted Answer

This juicer is renowned for its high yield, especially from leafy greens, due to its slow, crushing action. The pulp will naturally be more moist than from a fast-spinning centrifugal juicer, which blasts produce apart and leaves drier pulp but also more foam and heat-damaged nutrients. The dampness is a sign of efficient, cold-press extraction that gets more liquid and nutrients into your juice, which will also have less separation and a longer shelf life in your fridge.

Question 5

I've seen comments about leaks or assembly issues. What should I know?

Accepted Answer

Proper assembly is key to prevent leaks. The most common issue new users face is not locking the pulp container and juice jug into place securely. Before your first use, double-check that all parts are aligned and fully clicked/twisted into their locked positions as shown in the manual. A small number of units may have manufacturing defects. The product comes with a standard warranty, and the seller's support can assist with part replacement if needed, though response times can vary.
