Question 1

How much can this mini fridge actually hold — will six cans really fit?

Accepted Answer

Realistically, it fits about 4–6 standard 12 oz cans if you remove or reposition the shelf, but taller items like large water bottles or big skincare bottles may not fit. Many TikTok and Reddit users note the "6 can" claim is a best-case scenario, so measure your items first if space is critical.

Question 2

How cold does it get, and can it work in a warm room?

Accepted Answer

This is a thermoelectric cooler, not a compressor fridge — it cools roughly 15–20°F below room temperature, so it performs best in air-conditioned spaces. In a hot dorm or car, expect drinks to be "cool" rather than ice-cold. If you need true refrigeration, a small compressor fridge is a better fit.

Question 3

Is it quiet enough for a bedroom or dorm, and does it leak?

Accepted Answer

Most users find the fan hum noticeable but tolerable, though light sleepers sometimes unplug it at night. Condensation can form, especially when switching between cool and warm modes, so placing it on a coaster or tray helps prevent water rings on desks and furniture.

Question 4

How durable is it, and what happens if it stops working?

Accepted Answer

Longevity varies — many units last well over a year, but some reviewers report the fan or cooling failing within a few months. Keep your receipt and check the warranty terms, since after-sales support experiences are mixed. For the price, it's best treated as a fun, lightweight appliance rather than a long-term investment.

Question 5

Who is this best suited for, and is it worth the money?

Accepted Answer

It's ideal for students, skincare enthusiasts, and office workers who want a cute, compact way to keep a few drinks or beauty products slightly chilled or warmed. If you're expecting real fridge-level cold, food storage, or silent operation, you'll likely be disappointed — in that case, spending a bit more on a compressor mini fridge is the smarter buy.
