Question 1

Is this glitter gel safe to use on my face and near my eyes?

Accepted Answer

While many users successfully apply it to their cheeks, forehead, and body, we recommend caution near the immediate eye area (eyelids and under eyes). The formula is designed for skin but can cause a temporary tightening sensation as it dries. For the safest experience, avoid direct application on the lips and very close to the eyes, and always do a patch test on your arm first if you have sensitive skin.

Question 2

How do I avoid a chunky, uneven application? I've seen mixed reviews about this.

Accepted Answer

Great question! The key is technique. Instead of squeezing a large amount directly onto your skin, apply a small dab to the back of your hand first. Use a synthetic brush, a makeup sponge, or even your fingertip to pick up the product and pat/spread it onto your skin in thin layers. This method, praised by many TikTok users, gives you more control and helps achieve a smoother, more even glitter coverage.

Question 3

Will this wash off easily, or will I be finding glitter everywhere for days?

Accepted Answer

Most users find it removes easily with soap, water, and a washcloth. However, based on social listening, removal can be trickier if applied over body hair or in a very thick layer. For the easiest cleanup, take a warm shower and gently use a loofah or washcloth with body wash. A small amount of oil (like coconut or baby oil) can help break down any stubborn, gritty bits left behind.

Question 4

I have sensitive skin. Should I be concerned about the "tightening sensation" some reviews mention?

Accepted Answer

This is a valid concern. A subset of users do report a noticeable tightening or drying feeling as the gel sets, which those with sensitive or dry skin may find uncomfortable. It's not typically described as an allergic reaction but more of a sensory issue. We strongly recommend a patch test on your inner forearm 24 hours before full application. If you experience significant discomfort, it may not be the best product for you.

Question 5

Is the glitter truly holographic, and how much product can I expect to get?

Accepted Answer

To manage expectations, the primary effect is a vibrant, sparkling blue with silver shimmer. While it catches the light beautifully, it does not produce a pronounced rainbow color-shift that some associate with the term "holographic." The tube contains a standard amount of glitter gel; most users report it's sufficient for full face designs or accenting the arms and chest for one event. For full body coverage, you may need more than one tube.
