Question 1

Is this shampoo truly effective for babies with eczema or very sensitive skin?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it's specifically formulated for sensitive skin. In social media reviews and our customer feedback, this is the most praised benefit. Parents of babies with eczema, cradle cap, or dry patches consistently report that it cleans gently without causing irritation or flare-ups, thanks to its hypoallergenic and paraben-free formula.

Question 2

I've seen comments about a light scent. Is it fragrance-free?

Accepted Answer

It contains a mild, clean fragrance designed to be non-irritating. While overwhelmingly described as pleasant and light, it is not completely unscented. If you are looking for a 100% fragrance-free product, this may not be the best match, as a small number of parents with this specific expectation have noted.

Question 3

How long does one 11.8 fl.oz bottle typically last?

Accepted Answer

With daily use for both hair and body wash, most families find a bottle lasts 4-6 weeks. A little goes a long way since it's a concentrated formula. While some TikTok users have mentioned the price, the consensus is that its effectiveness and dual-purpose use provide good value for the quality.

Question 4

I've seen a few comments about leaking bottles. What's your packaging like?

Accepted Answer

We use secure, pump-sealed bottles. Isolated leaks are rare but can occur during shipping. If you ever receive a damaged or leaking product, please contact our customer service immediately for a replacement or refund. We stand by our products and want your experience to be perfect.

Question 5

Can adults use this, or is it only for babies?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! While designed for babies, the gentle formula is excellent for anyone with sensitive, reactive, or dry skin. Many of our adult customers, including those with conditions like eczema, use it and love it. It's a versatile head-to-toe cleanser for the whole family.
