Question 1

How does the sizing run? Should I order up?

Accepted Answer

Based on customer feedback, the jacket tends to run slightly small, especially in the shoulders and chest. Many reviewers, particularly men, recommend ordering one size up from your usual for a comfortable fit that allows for layering. If you're between sizes or prefer a looser fit, sizing up is a safe bet.

Question 2

Is the battery included, and how long does it really last on a charge?

Accepted Answer

Yes, a 7.4V rechargeable battery pack is included. Battery life varies by heat setting: many users report 2-3 hours on the highest setting (Level 3), 4-5 hours on medium (Level 2), and 6-8+ hours on low (Level 1). For activities like long hikes or outdoor work, planning for a mid-day recharge or using a lower setting is advised.

Question 3

Can I machine wash this heated jacket?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but proper care is crucial. You must always remove the battery pack and controller before washing. We recommend a gentle cycle with cold water and mild detergent, then tumble dry on low heat or air dry. Avoid bleach and ironing. This process helps maintain the heating elements and fleece softness that customers love.

Question 4

Is this jacket suitable for very cold or wet conditions?

Accepted Answer

This jacket excels as a heated mid-layer for everyday wear, commuting, and light outdoor activities in cool, windy weather. It's wind-resistant but not fully waterproof. While the heat is powerful, it's not intended as a standalone arctic-grade parka. For extreme cold, layering it under a waterproof shell is a great strategy mentioned by many users.

Question 5

What if the jacket doesn't fit or has an issue? What's your return policy?

Accepted Answer

We offer a standard return window for unworn items. If you receive a defective item (e.g., a heating zone not working), our support team will assist you promptly. A common tip from social media reviewers is to use the jacket indoors with the battery for a short period to test the fit and heating function immediately upon arrival.
